Грандиозные задачи по созданию материально-технической базы коммунизма в нашей стране, изложенные в Программе и решениях XXII съезда КПСС, вызвали среди наших коллективов могучий прилив энергии и стремление отдать все силы во имя победы коммунизма.
Мы, рабочие, ИТР и служащие Даугавпилсского общестроительного треста, обсудив итоги нашей работы в 1961 году, подсчитав свои возможности включаемся во всенародное социалистическое соревнование за досрочное выполнение четвертого года семилетки и обязуемся:
Выполнить план строительно-монтажных работ по генподряду в объеме 13200 тыс. руб., в том числе собственными силами — 6916 тыс. руб. к 25 декабря 1962 года.
По заводу железобетонных изделий выполнять план по валовой продукции на 3100 тыс. руб. к 20 декабря и дать сверх плана промышленной продукции на 80 тыс. руб.
Обеспечить окончание работ и сдачу в эксплуатацию объектов особо важных строек.
По заводу синтетического волокна:
азотно-кислородный цех — IV кв., первая очередь — I кв.;

ИТР и служащих.
Повысить роль и активность общественных организаций ВОИР, ИТО треста и строительных управлений в рационализаторской работе и выполнении плана по внедрению новой техники и технологии в строительстве.
Добиться от внедрения в производство рацпредложений экономии в сумме не менее 70 тыс. руб.
